At United Grills, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Standard Return Conditions

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Custom-made, special-order, or final sale items are non-refundable.

  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

Additional Return Conditions

If you ordered an item and later decide you no longer need it (e.g., the issue was resolved after receiving the item and it is unused), the following conditions apply:

  • A 30% restocking fee will be charged.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • The item must be in new, resalable condition, with original packaging and components.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund. If the product is not in resalable condition, your return may be denied.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
